If you received the wrong products or for other reasons want to exchange one or more of your products, you can use the withdrawal period to do so. The products must be undamaged and unopened. Contact De Theespecialist of your wish to exchange and which products, and return the products to De Theespecialist within the 14 days after reporting the return.
We do not refund any postage costs for returns, except for the following exceptions:
You received an incorrect product.
The product you received got damaged during delivery.
You received an expired product.
