Yin Yoga
It is a newer form of yoga founded by Paul Grilley in the 1970s to help people to relax deeply. Yin yoga uses the postures of Hatha yoga, knowledge of anatomy, and the workings of the meridians to soften all the connected tissues in the body. By holding the postures longer, people experience a deep sense of relaxation during classes.
