How can we tune in a positive way?

How often does it happen that you feel a bit nervous the morning you have an important presentation or meeting at work even if it done perfectly?

Despite being ready, your mind may start playing with you creating unpredictable situations, but is there anything we can do about it?

It is quite common to feel this way and happens to everyone: our parents, historical figures such as Gandhi and Winston Churchill, and your favorite artist. Hesitating and being scared is a part of a human being, but how can we tune in a positive way?

Communication is said to come from three specific energetic centers – your chakras in your body which are the third, fourth and fifth. When these chakras are in balance, this can enable you to communicate very effectively in any situation. This is especially true when you hold a public speech. You might not notice that your chakras are imbalanced until you appear in the situation you need them the most. Do you feel that your voice does not have enough power and weight behind to be respected? Pay attention to your 3rd chakra.

As with any other chakras, it can be balanced through meditations, which we will present soon, but try to start with our “Sanctify” Shoti Maa tea. Do you feel that you are not relatable enough or passionate enough during the speech, then our “Loving” tea aimed at balancing the 4th chakra could be for you. If you feel you can’t speak clearly because of the closed throat, “Talk to me” is definitely for you!

The 6th chakra is your intuition which is a very powerful tool, a good analogy for it being a headlight into the unknown, something that illumines your way forward. Having this knowledge you can step back and center this chakra when you feel it’s needed. When some sophistication and intuition development is needed, try one of the Kundalini Yoga meditations, that easily can guide you on how to center the 6th charka.

The 7th chakra is your connection to the infinite, which is another valuable tool we, humans, can trap into. While this connection is always present, the 7th chakra helps to recognize your contact with eternity in every situation. When you feel that you start paying attention to the past or the future more than to the moment you are right now and you are losing the connection with your own body, it means your 7th charka needs to be balanced. As well as with other chakras, we suggest you meditate.

For both 6th and 7th energy centers, we need a clear vision, and we have a great tea for that. Shoti Maa “Delightful” is a blend of ginger, lemon, and kurkuma that helps to bring the mental clarity and inner peace back with its lovely classic flavor. “

Have you ever wondered how do balanced chakras influence our life?

It is natural for us to search for some creativity and passion to complete the tasks faster and easier.

And to stay above water every day, let’s keep and care about our inner energy. Our chakras have a direct link to our wellbeing. When you are missing the presence of similar feelings often, it may signal the imbalance in the “lower triangle”, which consists of the first three chakras. These chakras are related to your earthlier needs, desires, and feelings and act as a base of your whole being. Getting in these low moments is normal for anyone but it is important to get out of them quickly. When this is the case, balance in one of those three chakras could be what you need.

Do you feel unsteady or insecure? The “I Am” tea for the first chakra could be for you since the first chakra deals with security and foundation. The “In the mood” tea, however, works with the second chakra and can be helpful to overcome your creative inactivity all over the place. If the third chakra is not balanced enough, the inner fire can be missing, which could manifest with a lack of willpower or ambition. By balancing the 3rd chakra with our “Sanctify“, you can enhance your inner strength.

Balanced chakras are important for each of us, so let’s start balancing them today?

Chakras are the 7 energy centers in the body.

As popular as this idea may have become by now, very few know about its meaning, even less than everyone can do so through appropriate and simple daily activities such as eating and drinking (tea), balancing it and optimizing the way of life. Our Shoti Maa, which means little mother in Sanskrit, now asks: are your chakras in balance? Following the Ayurvedic tradition of our family business, for which we work with body and soul, we put our teas together with love and expertise according to the principles of the ancient Indian Ayurveda and Chakra teaching and harmonize them harmoniously – with organic ingredients, like petals, seeds, and herbs. 1st Chakra: Root chakra

Place and function of the chakra

The root chakra is between the anus & sexual organs; on your perineum.
It is the foundation from which you build. It represents a basic trust in the flow of life and yourself, it embodies your will to live. The first chakra is your root or your base, from this you create security internally and in your surroundings. If you trust in it, the earth will take care of you. At the beginning of your being, from the time of birth, in the phase of life between 0 and 7 years old, you are living in the energy of the root chakra. The root chakra is also called the 1st chakra, base, or Muladhara chakra, and has a grounding effect that helps bring you into the here and now. It is firmly rooted in Mother Earth and gives you courage, strength, basic trust, and warmth. The firm will live and survive: for yourself as an individual and for your personality. Everything physically firm, such as teeth, bones, nails, feet, legs, the spine, and the large intestine, are associated with the root chakra.

Color

The color red is assigned to the first chakra. Strong, warm red stimulates your root chakra. Red conveys courage, strength, and trust. At the same time, it invigorates and warms your whole being. It is the color of strength and vitality.

Balance

When the root chakra energy flows freely, it gives you a feeling of security. Like the lucky happy Buddha, you brave the trials and tribulations which you face and hold yourself with the deep conviction that you are strong and protected. The 1st chakra also symbolizes the seat of the subconscious: your strength, your Kundalini energy, sits here! This is exactly where we want to start with the Shoti Maa Chakra campaign and gently connect you with your other chakras.

Shoti Maa Tee

Our Shoti Maa “Strength & Warmth” tea is created for the root chakra and gives you strong roots that are needed when the storms of life rage around you. The representative is the Hindu god Ganesha, whose picture on the box gives a feeling of warmth through his friendly energy. Our Ayurvedic tea blend with sage, ginger, and elderberry supports you with its strength and warmth and encourages you to take your place in the world.

2nd Chakra: Sacral chakra

Place and function of the chakra

The sacral chakra is located between the pubic bone and the navel at the level of the sacrum, above the genital organs, and approx. 2 cm below the navel. Here your true self is at home: just you with your feelings, your sensuality, your sexuality, and your creativity.
The sacral chakra is about your creative potential, and at the age of 8 to 14 you live for the first time in the energy of the second chakra. You are curious, try it out, and discover the diversity of life. Synonyms for the sacral chakra are also 2nd chakra, sexual, or Svadhisthana chakra.

Color

The color orange supports your 2nd chakra: brilliant orange revives as well as relieves stagnation and solidified patterns. It gives new energy and gets you flowing in the flow of life. So it is obvious that everything physically watery is connected to the sacral chakra, like blood, lymph, tears, sweat, urine, etc. Associated organs are the bladder, kidney, and sexual organs.

Balance

When your 2nd chakra is in harmony, you exude a zest for life and enthusiasm. You are full of feelings, can enjoy pleasure and indulgence. Your life is in the flow!
You are amazed and enthusiastic by life. A curiosity about the unknown fills you. You meet your fellow humans openly and naturally; people with an open sacral chakra are often referred to as “sunshine” because they have retained their happy, childish nature.

Shoti Maa Tee

To balance your 2nd chakra we created the Shoti Maa “ïn the mood” tea. On the tea box, the Hindu god Vishnu looks at you, who helps you to feel the flow and to enjoy the joy of life to the fullest. The color orange expresses this zest for life. We are happy about the magic of the moment and celebrate that we and the world exist. This tea invigorates your senses from the first sip and awakens your awareness of how nice it is to be alive: Orange spoils you with sweetness, hibiscus promises romance, pepper awakens you for the adventure of the now.

3rd Chakra: Navel chakra

Place and function of the chakra

Your navel chakra is located around 2 cm above your navel point. This is the middle of your body; the place where your strength, the source of your willpower,  is at home. Here, in your navel point, your personality and self-control are expressed. The 3rd chakra is all about your personal “power” and self-acceptance. How fitting that you live in the umbilical chakra energy for the first time at the age of 15 to 21: you start to define yourself, and follow your path. The energy of the 3rd chakra is powerful, like fire, which also happens to be the element of this chakra. Furthermore, the color which is associated with the third chakra is yellow. It reflects the light and warmth of the naval power. Clear, sunny yellow activates and strengthens the function of your 3rd chakra. On the other hand, bright yellow stimulates your activity, thinking, and actions,  providing you the inner peace. In addition to the navel chakra, the third chakra is often referred to as the solar plexus or Manipura chakra. All digestive organs such as the stomach, bile, liver, spleen, pancreas and the autonomic nervous system are physically assigned to this chakra.

Balance

When you are centered, and your navel chakra is well supplied with energy, you feel full of life and a high drive. Making it is easy for you to make decisions and have your goals firmly in view and easily achieve them. You take responsibility for yourself and your actions. A balance in your navel chakra also gives you a natural self-confidence and self-respect. The best illustration of a strong navel chakra energy is optimism and inner harmony.

Shoti Maa Tee

Our “little mother” Shoti Maa created the tea “Sanctify” with ginger, fennel & cinnamon to balance your navel chakra. The Hindu god Shiva looks at you from the tea box. Shiva is also considered the god of discipline, who remains immersed in deep meditation in his mountain Kailash. A strong connection to your center will help you in times of hardship to keep your bearings. Spicy ginger, spicy cinnamon, and mild fennel are woven into a gently vibrating blend in this tea. Follow the taste to find your strength!
