Meditation auf die Unendlichkeit

1. Posture: Sit in a comfortable meditative position (e.g., cross-legged) with your spine straight. Close your eyes.

2. Mudra (hand position): Bring your palms together in front of your chest at breastbone level. Point your fingertips away from your body at a 45-degree angle. The elbows are relaxed.

3. Breathing: Breath in and out through your nose throughout the meditation.

Now use your imagination: imagine that you are expanding your consciousness beyond the limits of your own body. Beyond time, beyond space, beyond the limits of the mind – to infinity. End the meditation by consciously breathing in and out slowly, deeply, a
nd complete a few times. Relax.

4. Time: Start with 11 minutes and gradually extend the meditation.
