Meditation for deep relaxation

1. Posture: Sit in a comfortable meditative position (e.g., cross-legged) with your spine straight. Close your eyes.

2. Mudra (hand position): Bring your right hand to your face and the heel of your right hand under your cheekbones. Use your hand to put some pressure on your cheekbones while you drop your head in your hand. Your left hand rests on your lap.

3. Breathing: Relax a little deeper with each breath as your breath flows long and deep.

4. Time: Allow 3 minutes for each side to actively relax and let go before sleep.
